Conditions Générales de Vente / Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Objet / Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on kokoroorganics.com by consumers (non-professional buyers) residing in France and the European Union. Any order placed on this site implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 3 — Produits / Products

Kokoro Couture offers sustainable clothing made from bamboo. Product descriptions, compositions, and care instructions are provided on each product page. We are committed to accuracy, but minor variations in colour may occur due to screen display settings.

Article 4 — Prix / Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of applicable VAT. Kokoro Couture reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be billed at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Article 5 — Commande / Order

An order is confirmed once the customer receives an email confirmation from Kokoro Couture. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

Article 6 — Paiement / Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. All transactions are secured.

Article 7 — Livraison / Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times and costs are detailed on our Shipping Policy page. Kokoro Couture cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Article 8 — Droit de rétractation / Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law (Loi Hamon, Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Article 9 — Garanties légales / Legal Guarantees

All products sold by Kokoro Couture benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 10 — Données personnelles / Personal Data

Personal data collected during the ordering process is used solely to process and fulfil orders, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

Article 11 — Litiges / Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer may contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the customer may refer the matter to a certified mediator. French law applies to these Terms of Sale.
